Terms of service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.

We may require identity or payment verification before provisioning capacity.

2. Orders and provisioning

Orders are settled through our payment processor. Provisioning starts only after payment is confirmed, and the console shows each provisioning step in real time.

Resources are allocated from the capacity available to the platform. Capacity is finite; if we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full.

3. Billing

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Hourly and metered products are billed on measured usage recorded by our metering pipeline.

Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after notice, and to deletion of resources after a further grace period stated in the notice.

4. Your data

You own your data. We access customer instances only to operate the platform, to respond to a support request, or where required to prevent abuse or comply with law.

On termination you may export data during the grace period; after that we destroy the volumes and any retained backups on schedule.

5. Availability and liability

Service levels are described in our SLA page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding month.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the console and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
